We at L Spa have been hard at work to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff. We feel that our protocols have been working as planned and that we are now ready for the next step in this process.
If you think you are sick or have a fever, please call to get your appointment rescheduled for a later date.
Following our Government and State recommendations, we are updating our spa protocols for the health and safety of clients and staff.
Phase 2 Protocols for L Spa Guests and Staff
- No more than 2 days before your appointment, please fill out the “Risk Assessment Form” online. The link is found below or as a link in your reminder text or email.
- Please call when you arrive for your appointment. No waiting in the salon or spa is available at this time.
- Only guests receiving a service will be allowed in the salon.
- Masks are optional for guests but employees are required to wear masks.
- There is sanitizer available for you to use.
- Each area is cleaned and disinfected between each client.
- Still no sample products or testers will be available.
- We are unable to provide beverages at this time.
- All staff have updated certification on Sanitation protocols via Barbacide ™.
- Children under 7 years old can be scheduled on Monday morning from 9-noon with Lexi or on Tuesday morning from 10-12 with Heather. A parent is welcome to come along.
- Cancellation/no-show policy. We ask that you notify us right away if you are sick or anyone you have come in contact with is sick. We need to know if you are unable to come in order for us to fill the allocated time for others. Please abide by our cancellation policy.
